Rules & Regulations
1. The Pro Football Pick ‘Em Kiosk Game Promotion is open to all Delta Bingo players club members. Delta Bingo players club membership is free. To obtain a players club card, guest must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid photo identification.
2. No entry fee is required to participate in this promotion.
3. The promotion will include (18) eighteen weekly contests and (1) one season-long contest. Weekly contests will be available for guests to play at the promotional kiosks each week during the National Football League’s 2024-25 regular season, which runs September 5, 2024, through January 5, 2025. Season-long contest will encompass all 18 weeks of the regular season and will end on January 5, 2025.
4. Players Club members who qualify beginning at 12 noon on Tuesdays during the promotional period will be able to use the promotional kiosks to make their picks from 12 noon on Tuesdays during the promotional period through 12 noon on Sundays during the promotional period. Guests will be able to make their picks at the promotional kiosks beginning at 12 noon Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
5. Qualified Players Club members will be able to select the winners of all Sunday NFL games and the winner of the NFL Monday Night Football game. Guests will have to enter a prediction for the total number of offensive yards of the Monday Night Football game or in select Sunday night games when there is no Monday night game.
6. Guests may also elect to use the quick pick feature to create a randomly generated entry.
7. Players club members should have a valid mailing address, email address and cell phone number, if available, up to date in their players club account.
8. Weekly prizes will be awarded as follows based on the number of correct picks made by guests:
· First place – $325 Free Play
· Second place – $225 free play
· Third place – $125 free play
· Fourth place – $50 free play
· Fifth place – $50 free play
· Sixth place – $50 free play
· Seventh place – $50 free play
· Eighth place – $50 free play
· Ninth place – $50 free play
· Tenth place – $25 free play
9. Weekly winners will be announced every Tuesday of the promotion. Guests will have until 6 p.m. on Saturdays during the promotional period to activate the prize by visiting the promotional kiosks, Players Club or Guest Services.
10. Following the completion of the NFL regular season, season-long prizes will be awarded as follows based on the number of correct picks made by guests:

11. Season-long winners will be determined by on Tuesday January 7th 2025. Winners will need to activate their cash prize by visiting the Players Club or Guest Services by 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2025.
12. Free play is non-transferrable.
13. Prizes must be redeemed on the date of issue by 11:59PM. The player tracking system will auto expire prizes, making them ineligible to be scanned for redemption at a later date.
14. Individuals who are prohibited from casino gaming or from entering a casino by law or for any other reason, including, without limitation, participation in a self-exclusion program, are not eligible.
15. By choosing to participate, players club members agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained herein.
16. Winners agree that Delta Bingo, its affiliates and related companies, directors, advertising agencies and their employees have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of prize awarded herein.
17. Delta Bingo is not responsible for (a) injuries or losses arising or resulting from this Promotion; (b) any acts or omissions by employees, whether negligent or willful, in the conduct of the Offer; and (c) any equipment or software malfunctions.
18. Delta Bingo may impose penalties upon any person who gives, makes, issues, authorizes, or endorses any statement or action having, or designed to have, an effect prejudicial or detrimental to the best interest of the Offer as determined by Delta Bingo, acting in its sole and absolute discretion. This may include, without limitation, expulsion from the Casino property and/or loss of the right to participate in this or any other promotion conducted by Delta Bingo.
19. All decisions regarding the interpretation of the promotional period and conditions, eligibility, scheduling and staging of the promotion, and penalties for misconduct lie solely with Delta Bingo, whose decisions are final. Promotional prizes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
20. Where a situation arises which is not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Delta Bingo shall have the authority to render a judgment, including the imposition of a penalty, in accordance with the best interests of the Offer and the maintenance of its integrity and public confidence.
21. Delta Bingo reserves the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time, for any reason, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
