Official Rules – World Series of Bingo (WSOB) Ticket Promotion (2026)
General Rules
By participating, all players acknowledge and agree that Delta Bingo & Gaming assumes no responsibility, in whole or in part, for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or the awarding or use of any prize.
All winning bingo cards become the property of Delta Bingo & Gaming and will not be returned. Any cards obtained through fraudulent or improper means will be disqualified.
Delta Bingo & Gaming is not responsible for entries or materials that are lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, misdirected, or otherwise compromised for any reason.
All decisions made by Delta Bingo & Gaming regarding this promotion are final and binding.
Winners may be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release prior to receiving any prize. By participating, winners grant Delta Bingo & Gaming permission to use their name, likeness, voice, and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Delta Bingo & Gaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
Delta Bingo & Gaming is not responsible for any additional costs, fees, or expenses incurred in connection with any prize unless explicitly stated.
All times referenced are in the Eastern Time Zone (ET).
These rules are the official rules governing this promotion and must be followed at all times.
Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required. A valid Social Security Number may be required for tax reporting purposes. Participants must be active Inner Circle Card members where applicable.
How to Win a WSOB Ticket
Bingo Play Qualification
A special 3-on bingo card will be sold for $4.00. Players will compete for a “2 Lines – Hard Way” pattern. The first verified winner will receive one (1) ticket to the World Series of Bingo event, $400 cash, and $200 in Free Play (split between bingo and eTab machines).
In the event that multiple players achieve the winning pattern on the same game, all verified winners will equally split the associated cash prize and Free Play. A separate elimination draw will then be conducted to determine the recipient of the one (1) World Series of Bingo (WSOB) event ticket. All tied players will participate in the elimination draw, during which one (1) bingo ball will be called at a time. Any player who does not have the called number on their original winning card will be eliminated from the draw. If none of the remaining players have the called number, additional balls will be drawn until at least one player remains eligible. This process will continue until only one (1) player remains, who will be declared the official WSOB ticket winner. All decisions made by Delta Bingo & Gaming regarding the tie-breaker process are final and binding.
Game Information
WSOB qualifying games will run beginning May 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026.
- Laurel Location: Evening sessions and weekends
- Waysons Location: All sessions
Final qualifying dates will be announced in-hall.
Upon being declared a winner, the player will receive $400 cash, $200 in Free Play, and one (1) WSOB ticket.
The WSOB ticket grants entry to the World Series of Bingo event and includes a 9-card main program package for that day. Side games, pull tabs, and additional drawings are not included.
World Series of Bingo Event
The World Series of Bingo event will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at the Laurel location. Event time and additional details will be announced.
Prizes
Each qualifying winner will receive:
- One (1) WSOB ticket
- $400 cash
- $200 Free Play (split between bingo and eTab machines)
Free Play is subject to standard redemption rules and may not be redeemed for cash.
The World Series of Bingo event will feature a guaranteed prize board (final amount to be announced), along with optional side games and additional prize opportunities available for separate purchase.
Prize Transferability
Prizes awarded in connection with this promotion have no cash value outside of their stated use.
WSOB event tickets are transferable only under the following conditions: the original winning player must complete and sign an official WSOB Ticket Transfer Form provided by Delta Bingo & Gaming. By signing the transfer form, the original winner relinquishes all rights to the ticket and releases Delta Bingo & Gaming from any responsibility related to the transfer. The receiving player must meet all eligibility requirements, including age and valid identification. Delta Bingo & Gaming reserves the right to approve, deny, or void any transfer that does not comply with these rules.
Additional Conditions
Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or fraudulently participate in this promotion will result in disqualification.
Delta Bingo & Gaming reserves the right to interpret and apply these rules at its sole discretion.
Participation in this promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules.
